Personal data collected in the context of a competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the competition on the basis of your participation. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 a according to which it is permitted to process personal data on the basis of the consent of the data subject. Your participation in the competition constitutes consent within the meaning of Art. 7 GDPR. Your data will be deleted after the end of the competition. Communication data as part of the winning notification will be kept for 6 years for verification purposes. Personal data will not be processed for further purposes.


3. THE RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to transmit the data. This processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6 (1) c) GDPR and in connection with the respective order or legal obligation to which we are subject in individual cases. Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR authorises the processing of personal data where processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which the responsible person is subject. When you fill out the contact form, you provide us with personal data. We may collect the following types of information: Name, email, subject and message. In order to protect your data, we use an approved encryption method when transmitting it to us. The data remains encrypted until the double opt-in is confirmed. If no confirmation is received, the data will be deleted after 2 weeks. We will keep your personal data for the period of time necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy.

Consent to the processing of personal data for advertising purposes

I agree that the responsible person according to Point 1 may process my following personal data: Name and address data, telephone number, e-mail address.
The aforementioned personal data is processed by the responsible person exclusively for the following purposes:
Sending of general postal and/or telephone and/or email advertisements for offers and actions of the responsible person. EPersonal data will not be passed on (transmitted) to third parties.
